The most common request we heard was not for more charts. It was for the ability to answer a question nobody had anticipated, without filing a ticket and waiting a week.

The reporting builder lets an administrator assemble a view from any field they already have permission to see. Permissions are inherited, not re-declared, so a report can never expose data the author could not open directly.

Reports can be scheduled, exported to CSV or PDF, and shared with a named group. Every export is recorded in the same audit log as any other access.
