How Carepulse collects, uses and protects the information you and your patients trust us with. Last updated 1 August 2026.
Information we collect
We collect account details you provide when you register, the operational data your organisation uploads to the platform, and technical logs such as IP address, browser type and access times. We never sell personal data to third parties.
How we use your data
Data is used to deliver and secure the service, to provide the analytics and reporting features you have enabled, to respond to support requests, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a processor of health information.
Data security
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Access is governed by role-based permissions, protected by mandatory multi-factor authentication, and recorded in an immutable audit log available to your administrators.
Data retention
Operational records are retained for as long as your organisation maintains an active account, and for the additional period your regulator requires. On termination you can export your data, after which it is deleted within 30 days.
Cookie policy
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your interface preferences. Optional analytics cookies are only set after you consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time from your account settings.
Accessibility statement
Carepulse is built to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We test with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers, honour reduced-motion preferences, and maintain a minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio across the interface. Report any barrier to support@carepulse.com.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact support@carepulse.com and we will respond within 30 days.
